Eric has 30 plus years of experience working in the aseptic, bottling, distribution, and corrugated machine manufacturing industries within the customer service and parts departments – specializing in increasing service levels and professionalism, parts sales through initiatives, project projecting, training/motivating personnel, and creating and implementing quality/retention programs.

Eric and his family live in the Spokane Washington area for the last three years – coming from a lifetime of living on the East Coast.
